Delivery was terrible by Royal Mail i did not receive my jacket I was told my jacket will get delivered by 3pm I waited at home and nothing arrived the following day I was told it will be delivered on the next day and same thing happend nothing the third day the postman didn’t even bother to knock on my door but instead he left me a card to go and collect from Royal Mail but then I have to wait to next day to be able to collect, the whole process was a hassle and annoying, I no longer want this jacket and Royal Mail will send my order back to supplier as I don’t want it anymore the hassle was just not worth it and my time was wasted. Do not use Royal Mail their services is absolutely rubbish.
