DELIVERY
Orders will be dispatched up until 12 PM on December 24th.
For delivery before Christmas, we recommend placing your orders by:
- 12 PM on December 19th for Tracked 48 services
- 12 PM on December 22nd for Tracked 24 services
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, please note that exact delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. Please note that orders will not be despatched on Weekends & Bank Holidays.
EXTENDED RETURNS
Orders placed from 1st November to 31st December can be returned up to the following 31st January.
During peak times like Black Friday and Christmas, there may be short delays in processing and delivery due to high demand. While we work hard to ensure timely fulfilment, we appreciate your patience if your order takes a bit longer to arrive.
